And whe...I've been using Moosewood for years, too. And when I started eating meat again, I bought a few of the Rachael Ray books. She's a bit trying on television, but her recipes are awesome. We live right by a giant, cheap produce store and a Trader Joe's, so I'm set. I listen to podcasts while I cook, and cooking gives me an excuse to put all baby-duties on my husband. ("Honey, I'm grating ginger... could you change Aidan's diaper?")<BR/>Megan Kimball gave me a copy of "Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone," and I'm slowly starting to work my way into it.
